Small waist length knotless braids

I made an appointment for a SMALL KNOTLESS BRAIDS; why did I show up and miss ma’am decided on putting large size braids in my hair? I’m not sure if i...t was more convenient for her? Or there was a break down in communication? Either way I mentioned to her that this WAS NOT the service I requested. Not a peep nor an apology NOTHING. And would you like to know she actually charged me for a small knotless? LOOL jokes. Anywho my hairline is now breaking off due the heaviness of the hair and she refuses to acknowledge the error in her ways along with holding MY HAIR that I brought to the appointment hostage (she kept it for herself). not to mention I paid EXTRA for the length? She didn’t even care that shit was still short asf? Like her workmanship is beyond poor and people need to be aware of this lady; it’s a total scam???? I’m literally at home taking down these braids because of how badly she did them. 250 for what? Y’all be careful On that note if you’re into sub-par service and wasting money? DEFINITELY do book. Y’all update: she’s constantly messaging me threats and having other people text my phone. Unprofessionalism at it’s finest. When Annie says she braids hair fast, she is not exaggerating. One of the best experiences I have ever had while getting my hair done. Annie educated ...me on things I didn’t know and assured me that it was okay to not know. She was very patient while doing my hair and she has very light hands; I didn’t even feel most of my hair getting braided! You can tell she has experience, but most importantly she genuinely cares about her clients. 4 hours felt like one; we could not stop laughing. There were a few reasons I selected Annie Braids. 1. It’s child friendly & 2. The portfolio of pictures caught my eyes. Being a natural girly I don’t ...trust everyone doing my hair but I was impressed with the work. My appointment was at 12:30pm & that’s what time we started! I was out by 2:50pm!! My hair isn’t too tight but the braids definitely feel secure!! I also like how neat they are. The only thing I don’t like it how big/thick the knots/root of the braids are. Had a wonderful experience. She is very easy to book with, very kind, very skilled and very quick. It normally takes upwards of 2 hours for most to br...aid my hair and put it into a ‘man bun,’ however she had me finished within 20-30 minutes easily!!! I could not believe how quickly she was done! Everything looked exactly as I wanted it to. I was even more impressed that she stands by her work. I had some stragglers days after and she fixed it without hassle or questions asked!
