normally , i don’t have much of a issue but today was probably the worst . aside from being 30 min behind, he didn’t even ask me what I wanted. just ...assumed from previous visits . the deal breaker was when I finally saw my beard , it was extremely uneven . made this aware and he “ fixed “ it. looked at it again and it looked worse and thinner then i ever wanted . I literally feel like my face is bald. took off damn near all the hair under my chin ( never requested this ). even though I hated it , nothing I could do because the damage was already done. still charged me too after there was visible disgust in my face . NEVER COMING BACK !
