I've been seeing Jan for years, it's about time I left a review. She is wonderful and my quality of life has tremendously improved since seeing her.... I *used to* suffer with chronic full body pain, and I ended up seeking out a myofascial release therapist after having worsening pain from other general massage therapists. That's when I found Jan. Jan was so considerate about how sensitive I was starting out, and now I still see her regularly to help with problems areas when they pop up. I would *highly* recommend her to anyone with pain issues.

Jan is professional, experienced, knowledgeable and kind. I started seeing Jan when my previous my myofacial release therapist moved to a different c...ity. I had to find a new MFRT based solely on online information. After looking through several websites and reading dozens of reviews, Jan stood out to me. We spoke on the phone prior to me making an appointment to get a feel for each other and to talk about my needs. Since seeing her, my back feels much better. She has also helped with relieving achiness from overuse of my shoulder and more to keep me fit and on the pickleball court. So far, I have shared Jan's information with four friends (three of them pickleball players). I give her my highest recommendation!
