Had an appt with a specific barber that never showed up 30 min after my son’s appt I had to complain . Yet when we are late or don’t show up we are ex...pected to pay this individual a fee but it’s ok for her not to show up not even call or give a discount on the next visit . Makes no sense . I wish there was an option for no stars by far the worse barber I’ve ever experienced, he left a big bulk of hair on my front line up & I asked for a ...mid taper but then instead received a low taper. No interaction what’s so ever & I felt hella rushed.
