I didnt realize how much pain I was in until the session was over and I stood up. I've known Phil my whole life, he is an expert in his craft. He love...s to teach you the why behind what he is doing. I recommend doing multiple sessions, because as you get going he will uncover areas in your body that need more attention. I've been struggling with not being able to relax and back/neck pain. Phil, in one session knew what to do to eliminate and calm down my fight or flight mode. What an incredible blessing to be worked on by someone like Phil. The price is worth every penny. Show more

Phil is an excellent bodyworker. I went in with very limited mobility in my back and left feeling so much better, but more importantly, Phil taught m...e what movements I could do to continue to improve when I got home. His knowledge in corrective bodywork is phenomenal and I've never found anything else like his body working services. Over the years, I've also seen Phil for work-related neck issues, hip imbalances, and workout-related injuries. I also have scoliosis, so I have some spine imbalances that cause problems - after a session with Phil my posture changes... my body even LOOKS different. I didn't know what it felt like to feel balance in my body - now I can't recommend these services highly enough for anyone experiencing pain, tightness or any kind of muscular imbalances. Show more
