Dana is a master of her craft and a fountain of knowledge. I'm 52 and in the second half of marathon training, and I came away with more helpful infor...mation than I can even keep track of. She’s also an exceptional listener - all of her advice felt tailored specifically to me. This was no "relaxation" massage - she dug in, did what needed to be done, and a couple days later I feel great! Also really appreciate the time she spent with me after the massage teaching me various rolling techniques. Highly recommend.
