We hired A-1 because we were having issues with the floors buckling at our home and we weren't sure what was causing the problem. Brandon did a thoro...ugh evaluation of the pier and beam foundation as well as the subfloors throughout the house. After the inspection he spoke with us in depth and gave us his findings and recommendations for correcting the issues. We now have a road map for how to move forward with the repairs. We are glad we hired A-1.

We had an estimate of about $60,000 to level our 70 years old house. In comparison A-1 Engineering gave us a necessary option of minimal expense. B...randon Darr thoroughly inspected our foundation. Not only did he look at the outside by inspecting the perimeter concrete beam, but also went into the tightest places in the crawl space under the house to inspect the piers and beam. He was very patient in explaining his evaluation and recommendations on the repairs we should have done.
