Additionally, we performed a deep conditioning treatment under the dryer to keep your hair moisturized and healthy. With over 30 years of experience in natural hair care, we ensure the health and integrity of every client’s hair.We also have a signed release form from you, outlining the service and expectations clearly. It’s important to note that your curl pattern remained intact after your wash, appearing as 4C hair before the straightening process. The heat from the silk press doesn't permanently alter your curl pattern, and it typically takes 1-3 weeks for curls to fully re-define.We regret that you didn't reach out before cutting your hair, as we would have appreciated discussing your concerns. You came in on Thursday, February 6th, and didn’t wait a full week before deciding to cut your hair.Over our 25 years in business and with the positive feedback we’ve received, we have never encountered a situation like this.
