First and foremost, the level of professionalism displayed by B was outstanding. She greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to listen to my preferences and asked questions to ensure she understood exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail was impeccable. The quality of the work done by B was truly exceptional. She used high-quality products and tools, and her technique was flawless. My nails have never looked better! The polish was applied evenly and smoothly, and the design I requested was executed perfectly. I’ve received so many compliments on my nails and couldn't be happier with the final result. Not only was the service top-notch, but the overall atmosphere of the salon was also wonderful. It was clean, well-maintained, and had a relaxing ambiance. B created a calming environment that allowed me to truly enjoy my time there. Lastly, I must mention the excellent customer service provided by B. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about my satisfaction. She went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the outcome.
