I arrived 5 minutes before the shop was to open and my appointment with Julio. I waited 10 minutes. No one showed...shop sign said 'Closed' and no li...ghts were on. I walked around the block for 8 minutes, then returned to see that the Barber Pole was 'lit' and the 'Closed' sign was gone. However, the door was locked and no lights were on. It seems like poor business practice. I ended up driving 20 minutes to a Barber Shop that opens on time and cares about customers. Show more
