Experience with Alex was great. Really good barber and very satisfied with work. My inconvenience was with BJ, incredibly rude team member that grabbe...d my phone Without Permission to change my volume settings which were low while I was getting my haircut. Terrible customer service on their behalf - not an accurate representation for Groom’s outstanding customer service from Joe, Matt, and Alex. Unsure whether I or friends/family will be returning.
