I got a text an hour before my appointment saying that the stylist was going to be a half hour late. Then when I got there and waited about 25 minutes... I was told that the stylist wasn’t coming in. But they accommodated me by scheduling me for Christmas Eve. Can’t complain too much because my hair will be fresh for the holidays. I know from past experiences that they do awesome maintenance on my locks. Show more
