Professionalism just not there.. owner retires in a week and is already checked out. They over book after confirming dates and then they broke a piece... of art and refused to take ownership after cleaners never reported it. Questionable business. After bringing the broken item to the light .. they then refused my services moving forward.

Both staff were very friendly and polite, which was very much appreciated. I was less satisfied with the cleaning, particularly the effort to dust sur...faces, which appeared rushed and incomplete. This may have been because they were 30min late to arrive and completed only 3 of the 4 hrs of work I'd requested and paid for. I was also disappointed to find that they'd filled their bucket with the entire bottle of floor cleaner I'd provided and ended up dumping what went unused.

The team showed up at the right time and were very friendly. There were 3 people and spent 1 hour cleaning our 2 bedroom apartment. We have irked them... to continue cleaning for us every other week, ver happy with their service.

I have been using the service for few years. Except for some scheduling difficulties, overall the service has been great. During walkthrough, if there... are areas that needs additional cleaning, they are more than happy to take care of those.
