TLDR: While Apollo Nails may have a pleasant ambiance and friendly front desk staff, the decline in service quality is undeniable. Until improvements ...are made, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. It's my hope that this feedback will prompt positive changes within the salon. As a long-time customer of Apollo Nails, I've always appreciated the inviting atmosphere and top-notch cleanliness of the salon. However, my recent visits have left much to be desired, and it's with a heavy heart that I must express my disappointment. During my last two appointments, I encountered issues that signal a concerning decline in service quality. Firstly, during my shellac French manicure appointment, it became evident that the technician was not well-versed in the procedure. Instead of using the proper tools, she resorted to makeshift methods, resulting in a shoddy application that chipped within a week. The lack of expertise was palpable, and it was disheartening to see the salon's standards falter. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was even more troubling. The technician assigned to me displayed a shocking disregard for basic client care. She cut my cuticles far too aggressively, causing one of my fingers to bleed. To make matters worse, there was no acknowledgment of the mistake or apology offered. It was a distressing experience that left me questioning the professionalism of the staff. Despite these disappointments, I still believe in compensating workers for their efforts and thus provided full gratuities. However, it's clear that Apollo Nails is no longer meeting the standards it once set for itself. Show more

The front desk is always lovely. Usually I love this place but yesterday the tech who waxed my eyebrows was terrible. I think her name was Lilly. Did ...the bare minimum, did not moisturize the skin afterward, did not hand me a mirror to check the work, did not thin them or trim them down, left strays at the corners. I fixed them a little bit myself in the room before even leaving and she just stared at me. Finished up doing the work she did not later on when I got home. Yesterday’s nail tech took painstaking detail with my cuticles and the polish application. My nails are perfectly shaped now and look amazing. I wore ...UV gloves for the first time, and when my hand was in the light box she draped a towel over it to block the remaining UV rays. My only complaint about this location is the parking situation, especially with the construction. But that’s not enough of a problem to withhold a star. I can usually find a spot within a block or two. Show more

Yesterday's appointment was rather silly. • the chair wasn't fully functional. The seat would only decline, not incline, until it was reset. Similarl...y, the middle massage option didn't work. Also, the cap for the jacuzzi setting popped off. • while the technician did a lovely job rubbing my shin, she didn't understand that I wanted my calf massaged as well. She petted me there for about 20 seconds and then moved back to my shin. • I'd booked a deluxe pedicure, but the desk presented the technician with a slip for a spa pedicure. I ended up going to the front desk and showing the booking on the phone so I could get the paraffin treatment I'd been expecting. However, everyone was quite nice and the technician even redid my big toes after I attempted to put on my flip-flops on my own and smeared the paint. oops. Luckily through their rewards program I got $10 off this visit, so it all worked out in the end. I'm quite happy with the result. Show more

They were very rude when I arrived I got stuck in traffic and called multiple times no one answered and when I arrived and explained my situation they... were very rude and said they didn’t hear the phone ! And then told me there were no openings until way later when I was only a few minutes late will not be returning ! Show more
