This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I will never be going back. Nor will I be recommending this place of business to an...yone! Over the past year, I have spent $100s on spa pedicures. It’s a guilty pleasure - but also as a diabetic - taking care of my feet is improbable. Each time I have had polish and it lasts for sometimes as long as 4 weeks. I’ve been so happy. However four days ago, I opted for a mani / pedi combo and had clear polish on my nails. The polish is literally peeling off my nails and when I called them to complain, they gave me an email address to send photos. Email bounced back. So I called to make sure that I had the right email and the receptionist said “Since you called, I talked with my manager about your situation and there is nothing we can do because it’s been so long.” They hadnt seen the photos and continued to suggest that I wasn’t telling the truth because even the receptionist gets polish on his nails “and it lasts for weeks.” When I agreed that I had the same experience with my toes and that there must have been something bad with this polish, he basically said there was nothing wrong with their product and I didnt have to come back to them if I didnt want. For the last three appointments I’ve brought friends who also spent a lot of money. But no more! Don’t go if you expect the company to stand behind their work!! Show more
