chile i know im not gonna get my money back for this so im just gonna write a review…… I booked with tracks sewn in for volume and length and she insi...sted that i need to cover the breakage that I have in the front of my hair which was NOT necessary, and somehow this was the solution. what am i supposed to do with this?? like you can literally see both of the tracks clear as day and there is no excuse for this. It actually looked even worse than this but thankfully my wonderful mother helped me fix it 🥰 don’t let these stylist play wit you!! payed $215 for this mess!!!! Not to mention the trim was terrible and one of the tracks in the front came loose as soon as i left the appointment so i had to take it out immediately. not sure how you mess up a silk press but here we are. I'm so sorry with your hair loss that you are suffering from, but I did the best job i could do with the shape your hair is in! You literally have no hair at the top of your hair and I kept asking you what do you do to your hair? What type of styles do you wear? I did exactly what you asked for and I add only 1 extra track of hair. you said your mom relaxes your hair and it is in bad shape, I told you, you need to trim your hair, it's like you need to shave your hair off and start over, you.. left happy and paid for a service and said you liked it and not to mention the hair you used was trash, it didn't match your hair texture AND I told you all these things and here you OK WITH THE SERVICE , BUT I guess, Your issue is your own issue you have no hair at the top of your head and you new that before you came in my business, I hope you go to the dermatologist like I recommend and see whatever going on with your hair, because it's not normal what so ever, and you said you haven't gotten your hair done professionally in 5 years or more, one hair appointment will never fix the issue you have going on honey.
