She was not welcoming and friendly. Looked mad. Mistakenly burned my ear, and when I mentioned it she said, “oh, you should have sat still.” No apolog...y whatsoever. And I think I was as still as I could be. Rude and bad customer service. Will not be returning. I am responding to your reply, since you have time to reply insults to customers reviews. Clearly, that’s how unprofessional you are. Now you are making up lies because of my honest review? I am trying very hard not to stoop to your level. Actually, I was being generous with the two stars. Moreover, I didn’t even go into detail of how disrespectful you were. That’s how nice I am. I showed her ...a couple pics one time of what I wanted & she delivered exactly what I asked for! I'm a little picky & was a little extra when she showed me the finished style,she was so pleasant and did the little extra trim I asked for.
