I like a lot of pressure when I ...receive a massage, and Sara's natural tendency is to be a bit heavy handed, which is PERFECT for me. My partner and I have also noticed I have a ligh...ter, more joyful disposition after each appointment, which makes sense - burdens are being effectively released from my tissue! I work out hard (run, climb, bike, or walk) almost daily and come see Sara every 3 weeks for deep-tissue, full-body massage. She's so sweet and gentle..., yet has an amazingly strong touch! She also gives me tips like yoga poses or posture that will help with certain problem areas between sessions. Sara knows bodies well and I highly recommend her practice! Show more
