I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I waited over a month for my tax appointment, and now I am just a few days away from the dead...line. I clearly indicated from the beginning that I have a 1099, a W-2, and my own company.
However, when I arrived for my appointment, they suddenly refused to do my taxes, claiming that because I have a business, the process is more complicated and takes longer. This is completely unacceptable. If that was the case, they should have informed me from the beginning instead of letting me wait for weeks and then turning me away at the last minute.
I even had to miss work to attend this appointment, only to leave without any help. This shows a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and complete disregard for clients’ time.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if your tax situation is anything beyond basic. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere more reliable. Tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante con esta compañía. Esperé más de un mes para mi cita de impuestos y ahora estoy a solo unos días del límite para declarar. Desde el principio dejé claro que tengo un 1099, un W-2 y además una compañía.
Sin embargo, cuando llegué a mi cita, de repente se negaron a hacer mis impuestos, alegando que por tener un negocio el proceso es más complicado y toma más tiempo. Esto es completamente inaceptable. Si ese era el caso, debieron informarlo desde el inicio en lugar de hacerme esperar semanas y luego rechazarme en el último momento.
Incluso tuve que dejar de trabajar para asistir a esta cita, solo para irme sin ninguna ayuda. Esto demuestra una falta total de profesionalismo, mala comunicación y cero respeto por el tiempo de los clientes.
No recomendaría este lugar a nadie, especialmente si tu situación de impuestos no es básica. Ahórrense el problema y vayan a un lugar más confiable.
