I have been going to Cosmopolitan for several years now, and I can say they are the best in town. The entire staff is so warm and welcoming, and they ...care about all of their customers and their service satisfaction. Em ‘Em has been doing my nails for a long time, and I can say that she is one of the most talented and sweetest nail techs they have there! She is knowledgeable about the process and colors, picky about her work, and will test something before she does it to make sure I like what we discussed. I couldn’t ask for her to be more accommodating! I book out months in advance to make sure I can get on her busy schedule. She recently just did my Christmas red french manicure. See below! Although I do more simple designs, like ombré or French, I have seen her other design work, and it is impressive. She l does everything free hand, which takes a lot of time and talent. I highly recommend her!! Show more

I am going to try to be as polite as I can be in writing this review. The nail techs at this salon are commission based. So, you are treated as a nu...mber, not as a person. They want to rush you in and rush you out, so they can get the next person in to earn their commission. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a fun and relaxing experience and this salon is anything but that. I have been giving this salon my business for the past 5 years. I was referred to Em Em by a friend 5 years ago and was very pleased with her attention to detail and professionalism. At the time she was attending nursing school and despite her heavy accent, we seemed to have good conversation over the years. HOWEVER, in the past 6 months or so, it seems Em Em has become EXTREMELY unhappy doing nails. She has become extremely unprofessional and I have not been able to make conversation with her during my appointment. She becomes very impatient with me when I ask for her opinion in picking a color or showing her a photo of what I am thinking of doing. She also gets VERY defensive if I express that I don't love a color. I am paying for a service and expect to be treated with respect, and I assume Em expects the same from her customers. Maybe it's time for Em to find a job that she is passionate about. Clearly doing nails and dealing with people is not her forte'. I can honestly say that I have never had such an unprofessional salon experience in my 30+ years of getting my nails done. There are definitely more important things we all deal with in our personal lives, so I'm sure this review isn't all that important. But I felt it was worth writing. Show more

I have been going to this Salon for 3 years. Cherry does a great job with my nails and toe nails. I feel the price I pay is reasonable. The staff ...is friendly albeit the fact that they talk to each other in a different language, I can understand because I speak another tongue when I am with my family/relatives, aside from the English language. The salon is big and accommodating, I definitely recommend. Show more
