I had an appointment for 2:00 for both 60 minute massage and 60 minute facial. I arrived at 2:00 and checked in with women at front desk. After waitin...g 10 minute I asked if I would be taken soon and was told yes. She never apologized for the delay. All along between 3-4 staff would gather and speak to receptionist in a language I do not understand . Again at 2:15 I asked what the delay was and she said “soon”. I was finally taken to a room and was told both services would take place in that room. The room appeared small but clean. At 2:20 I was ready and on the table. The women came in a began a very nice massage. Before she was done another person came in the room and said she would begin my facial which I thought was strange. The massage lady left 5 minutes later and shortly after that the facial was complete! I looked at my watch and it was exactly 4:00 which meant I was shorted 20 minutes for the facial. When I questioned the receptionist she said I was wrong and that the facial began before the massage was over which was accurate. After consulting with the facial person she told me the women made a mistake and that I didn’t need to tip her. WTF. I suggested she issue me a gift card for a nail service ie pedicure but was told she couldn’t do that.. The thought that management would suggest I not tip their employee instead of taking responsibility for whatever the issue was( lack of communication) is so wrong! So basically I was shorted 20 minted from facial that was paid for with a Groupon. I SUGGEST STAYING FAR AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT !!!! Show more

Warren Glamour is great, I’ve been going there for years! Jessica does my facial, and my husband agreed the difference is obvious b/t my classmates a...nd me 😉 Most people thought I was in my 40s when they first met but I just turned 60 this yr ^_^ I also get massages regularly (monthly) b/c I sat all day and on laptop all the time. Now Rain is there, I go every 2wks b/c she is the Best!!! Show more
