It’s such a great feeling knowing I’ve found my Dallas hairstylist! This was my first time trying a full sew in but I was pleasantly surprised! She to...ok her time asked me what my hair goals were,made suggestions on products and better ways to take care of my natural hair as well as tending to my problem areas ensuring less tension. Very sweet lady and very nice shop, but she gave me the most painful sew in of my life soo tight it ripped my edges out in just a few days. Top of my ...head was done poorly the closing weft is not supposed to look like that. And she chopped up my $700 bundles so that I can’t wear my hair straight. Really bad layering technique for kinky straight bundles but I trusted her as a stylist. Tried to reach out for a resolution but she responded with AI responses from chat gpt and then left me on read. I don’t doubt she does great hair and lots of happy clients. But I think she was rushing with me or something because my appointment was pushed back an hr and she was working on someone else before hand. I think she was tired or something which is understandable but she refuses to do even a partial refund from my $354 total. Over $1,000 down the drain all together for my birthday hair🥲🥲🥲

Very sweet lady with a nice shop but omg guys. Hair was soo tight I had to cut it out. Top was done poorly and my $700 bundles were chopped up soo bad... I can’t even wear the hair straight. Was charged $350. I communicated 4 days after my appointment but was not offered a solution. By far the most painful style I have had even though I have had a sew in before. Lots of white bumps and hair follicles pulled out. She did a nice wash and cut on my natural hair and when the hair is curled it looks but if I didn’t take it out asap I promise I would be soo damaged. Starting from square one with my edges now too. I would add more pics but the app won’t let me lol.

I want to clarify for anyone reading this review that I did not braid, pull, or manipulate the hair along your edges during your appointment. Your edges were not incorporated into the braiding or installation process. I also personally checked on you during the appointment and asked if you were okay and if your head was feeling okay. You did not express any concern about pain, discomfort, or your edges at that time. I take every client’s hair and scalp seriously, and I would never intentionally perform a service that I believed was causing damage. I’m sorry that you feel dissatisfied with your experience, but I cannot agree with or take responsibility for a claim that does not accurately reflect what was done during your appointment. I have been doing hair professionally for 28 years, and my priority has always been the health and integrity of my clients’ hair.
