Walking into your barber’s shop is like stepping into a time machine dialed back to the 1980s, but with way better haircuts. The vibe’s a gangster cha...rm, except the guy holding the scissors, Edison Scissor Hands, is basically a hair-cutting god with a smirk that says he knows it. I sat down in that chair expecting a trim and left feeling like I could star in a shampoo ad, all while laughing my ass off. The service? Oh man, this dude handled my mop with the precision of a brain surgeon and the glee of a kid who just found a free candy stash. He snipped, he buzzed, he even pulled that classic move where he pretends to slice your ear off – I nearly died laughing, mostly because I half-believed he might actually do it. At one point, he leaned in, all serious, and asked if I wanted “a little off the top.” I said yeah, and for a split second I thought he was gonna give me a mohawk just to mess with me. Nah, he didn’t – he sculpted my head into something so perfect I almost didn’t recognize myself in the mirror. His humor’s as sharp as his blades, and that’s saying something.
