Peace and blessings, I apologize for the experience you had, I did go back to look at the scheduled time that you had and I do remember this day, unfortunately for you this busy day may have affected you in a negative way. I do remember charging $25 that day instead of correcting the $40 charge for 13 and up for your haircut appointment trying to compensate for me falling behind with my clients which isn't normal at all. Also always remember even if it's with a new barber that your appointment time is set to make sure you have your spot reserved. Just like going to the doctor, we too get behind but I always take my time with every client. Typically you are able to get directly in the chair but sometimes we get super busy and fall behind a few cuts. I hope this gives a little understanding on booking and busy days. Thank you again for your support and feedback.
