@Diane So I was one of the clients that were there watching all of us go down. I’ve been going there for a long time. I have never heard someone compl...ain about being done a few minutes earlier and expected money off. I watched you complain from the moment you came in. You were 30 minutes early and got upset with one of the girls because the tech couldn’t see you sooner. So I think you were just looking to complain. I think it’s bad character on your part to expect that and to say painful. Taylor out of all people are one of the most compassionate people that go above and beyond for clients. So to try to attack a place that wouldn’t fold to your save a dollar scheme you’re just mad. The moment you walked out us CLIENTS were like, “wow that was a joke right, Im glad she left.” Show more

@Diane I was at the salon at the same time as you. You received the spa pedicure and only wanted a discount because you were trying to save a buck. If... you are going to review a salon please give accurate information. You did not receive a 3 minute massage it was close to 10 minutes. Yes your pedicure took a few minutes less because you did not have polish on your toes and you did not want them painted. So common sense would tell you it would take a few minutes less. They offered you a second message and you said no , you were very rude. I have been going to Rebal rose for many years and have never had an issue , the staff goes above and beyond for there clients. Paid for a "Spa" pedicure (58 with Gel not including tip) that was supposed to be an hour. It was only 45 minutes, and she massaged mostly my feet for... about 3 minutes in total. When questioned about it, I was told the hour accounted for removing old polish. I didn't have any on. It was truly a regular pedicure, but I still tipped 20% and chalked it up to a fail. Well actually this is false. My name is Marty I’m the owner. You were actually done 10 minutes early and the reason was because you had no polish on your toes. Now the price for the service is the set price. I can’t go through every client and pay attention to who has polish or not this is not how that works. We offered 10 minutes longer on a massage you refused. To want $10 off because you were done a few minutes earlier doesn’t seem reasonable. You seemed to have complained from the start and was already expecting something. We have amazing clientele and have never had an issue. Sorry you feel this way, but maybe you should go into a place not expecting to save a buck.
