Hi, Perla. Unfortunately, we encounter stubborn babies periodically. Our Free Return policy has been in place since the very beginning, and more often than not, those babies (whether sleepy, stubborn, or hiding behind a leg or the umbilical cord,) end up hamming it up for the camera after round 2!
