For the last 2-3 appointments I book, we always get inconvenienced. This time I booked my boys' haircut appointments 1-2 weeks before their graduation... and without even texting or calling to see if we could come at a different time, Tarren changes the appointment times the night before and ask to confirm. No, I'm not confirming anything because our day was booked up. So they couldn't get lined up before their graduation. I will never book with him ever again. I'm done.
