    • Initial Evaluation and treatment

      Come in for a thorough evaluation along with your first treatment session where we will review your goals, concerns, and treatment protocols for your path to wellness.

    • Follow-up treatment

      Follow-up sessions are needed as part of your treatment plan. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and be prepared to relax for 45mins-1hour. For Japanese acupuncture, an additional 15 mins will be added to the service.

    • Cupping

      Used as part of your acupuncture session or as a stand-alone modality, cupping is used to move blockages in the tissue and allow the free-flow of blood and energy in the body. Please note, marks are usually left of the skin which can last up to 3 to 8 days.

    • Gua sha

      May be included in your acupuncture session or as a stand-alone modality. Gua sha is used to increase blood and nutrients to an area that is stagnant, injured, or deficient in cellular nutrients. Wonderful for facial lymphatic drainage post surgery or as a part of any beauty regimen.
