Scheduled an acupuncture appointment, included my insurance info. They tried to call me but I missed their call. Tried calling back during business ho...urs and no one picked up. Tried calling the next morning and no one picked up. Went to my appointment later that afternoon and the girl at the desk said she’d check me out after. They were very pushy on selling their Chinese medicine, felt like a sales pitch. Otherwise Diane was great. When I went to leave I asked for them to run it through my insurance. The girl suddenly said “well I don’t think we take your insurance, I tried calling you” I responded that I tried calling them back twice and she just responds with “ya I saw that.” I still wanted it ran through my insurance because there’s coverage for out of network providers. But the girl told me that she “didn’t know how to do that” and told me to email my insurance info to them and maybe someone else can try to figure it out. Well the email listed on their website is invalid.

Diane is great to work with. We did a bunch of needling to help assist pregnancy, then support pregnancy and then to help induce labor. I would recomm...end her to anyone who is battling infertility and/or on a similar IVF journey that I endured. It helped with my mental health greatly to relax and remain calm during those challenging times. She needled for sleep as well as my swelling during pregnancy and I feel it made a world of a difference. Thank you Diane!
