I’m sorry that you felt like this because I had a flat tire . From speaking with your wife you loved your hair and was happy with it along with tipping extra but if you felt like you deserved money off cause I was late we could have had a conversation before your 2nd service or brought up before paying. I don’t charge my clients if they are late only for no shows or last min cancellations.
