Customer service was great, but as far as what I asked for compared to what I got, I’ll never go back, I need atleast half my money back for this, my ...head feel like a jar of grease and what supposed to be dreads standing straight up. Show more

Hey I did what you asked and give you a  protective style and your hair was only a couple inches wasn’t really ready to be dreaded up….  and I told you to put a cap one or you can buy a cap and it will lay down flat wear a cap when you sleep to to protect your hair keeps up for 2 to 3 weeks and do not wash it for a month…..  hope you find somebody else that can be more helpful 😊🤗
