Disappointed with the customer service and feel cheated by my last experience. Scheduled an appointment which was confirmed. Received a text mesage as...king for a deposit. I immediately paid the deposit at 11:38 am with a note with my name. At 3:40, i received a text as to whether i was coming to my appointment or she would cancel. At 3:41, before i had a chance to respond to the text, she cancelled the appointment. I immediately called her and she did not answer. I then sent a text and she responded that she didn't see that i had paid the deposit but she couldn't see me at my appointment time anyway. She then suggested a later time that did not work. I asked for a refund and she denied it saying that i had canceled the appointment. Awful interaction and customer service. Will never be back and will never refer. I feel like I was cheated.
