I’ve been to her before, which makes this weird. She asked for a deposit to book, which I sent in the amount of $60 (also, too high for a $75 service).... My daughter showed up for her appointment at 3:45 on Saturday and Nyelah did not answer. We stood outside her building for 1 hour. Her phone was on do not disturb. No answer. Next day I hit her up to return the deposit and she does not respond. Next day (today) I write her on Snapchat, no response. 100 calls later, nothing. Still on do not disturb. I seen a similar review of her no calling and no showing another client. We’ve been nothing but kind in working with her so I’m shocked by this. You may have nice styles, but your business practices are weak.

I thank God you made this review it really shows, I had a personal situation going and my phone got took for two days, I had other Clients that day and the next day your the only one who wasn’t concerned about my wellbeing. You said it was weird and that my business is weak… I started your daughter locks brought your daughter inside my house without you still to this day you don’t know how the inside my house look never have I missed or canceled your appointment this the first now you knowing me and seeing how I am & you coming on my business page telling me my work is good but coming for it at the same time is weird. Please other person who review something negative is because they mad they didn’t get they way and understand things.
