Was really happy with my sons cut the first time we came which is why I came back. The second time we came the cut was absolute trash. Didn’t pay atte...ntion to detail at all. Dude was probably too busy giving my kid a bunch of candy without my permission and his hair looks terrible. He tips himself because he has access to your card when you book the appointment. Disgusting practice. We are currently on our way to spend more to get it cut at another barber because he needs a haircut. He were just here on the 12th, it’s the 16th. Won’t be coming back here. I apologize if you feel the haircut was not to your standards. I gave him the cut you asked for and even asked multipler times before he got out the chair did you approve. Candy is a barbershop tradition for kids. As for the tip. It’s automatically added by the app. And you have to approve it before I receive my pay. You have the power to tip. Not me!! I have no control of your payments or methods. It's all through the app. Once again I apologize if you didn’t like the cut. Your husband even came back in after to thank me.
