The name “VIP lounge” is very misleading. There was nothing luxury about this place just a rented extremely dusty commercial building room that hadn’t... been swept or mop in who knows how long. Just black chairs lined up with a big screen hung on the wall. No bottle of water or drinks offered no vending machine for purchases. My son hair was cut decent & quick but no small talk didn’t ask if it cut acceptable before letting him out the chair like my last barber or if we needed anything else. Never even ask my sons name or even offer a lollipop when services compete. I found this place via the Booksy app & thought I could pay via the app like my last barber. At first he said didn’t accept Cc he preferred cashapp because he said it takes too long for payment then after calling someone to drop cash he offered to go ahead & swipe my card of which he swiped my card & completed the transaction himself and didn’t give me the phone to confirm the amount or sign or add tip. Which is very odd behavior considering I have & used these reader with private business millions of times. When the cash arrived I still tipped him & he didn’t even say thank you-just “it’s like this -i don’t ask for or care about tips”. Show more
