Haircut no beard

I’ve been getting my haircuts from Jonathan at LeleCuts for nearly a year and a half, and for a long time, I genuinely believed in him. He’s talented—...there’s no doubt about that—but talent only gets you so far when you lack professionalism and basic business sense. This wasn’t some one-time issue. He’s been late to appointments multiple times before, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt because I liked his work. Then, more recently, things got even worse. First time: I booked an appointment and texted him to confirm. No response. No cancellation, no explanation—just silence. Second time: I tried again, asked for confirmation, and this time, he actually responded—but only to cancel last minute without offering a reason or a better time. Third time: I booked yet another appointment and texted him, making it clear that if he didn’t respond, this would be my last attempt. Once again, he ignored my message. I even asked if there was a better time, and he just left me on read. Then, hours before the appointment, he finally sends a passive, dismissive response: "Damn, okay bro, that's cool, I understand, no worries." No apology. No accountability. Just a lazy, indifferent response. At this point, it’s clear—he doesn’t care. No remorse, no professionalism, nothing. And that’s why I’ve decided to completely cut ties and take my business elsewhere. I really thought Jonathan had potential, but his lack of professionalism and total disregard for his customers’ time ruined any trust I had in him. I’ve since found another local barbershop that actually values their customers and respects their time. If you’re looking for a barber who’s not just talented but also reliable, skip Lele Cuts and go somewhere that actually cares. Just a consideration, good luck all! Show more

So sad to see this review from you knowing you showed up late to multiple of appointments one you actually slept over the appointment and I didn't charge you no fee what so ever understanding that things happen but it’s ok that’s beside the point I take my clients time very serious. when you write a review and try to leave evidence. Make sure you put every part the several times I showed up late as you say was no longer than 5 minutes late. Sorry I’m not perfect. Hope you have great luck with your next barber and just hope he has the same amount of patience I always had even with the times you would go to other barbers they’ll mess up your haircut and come back and expect me to make it perfect.
