Loc extension

I had an appointment with Joshua Fallin on 1/2/2025 for a loc installation. Less then a month later on 1/26/2025 several loc's come out while washing ...my hair. The remaining loc's sled right off my hair. I reached out to Joshua immediately. He offered to reattach them. Yet I declined due to the overall poor initial installation. His reply was "all sales are final and no refunds". I could accept the "all sales are final" pertaining to the loc's themselves. So then I requested a "partial refund". That would be for the installation service. He replied " I'm sorry mama I don't do refunds." Not to consider a partial refund was absorbed. As he could clearly see his installation was done extremely poorly. The loc's should come out in less then 30 days. For that reason alone. My request for a partial refund , was not only reasonable , but fair. Yet it speaks value of the lack of professionalism and poor service provided by Joshua . That he declined my request for the refund. Causing me to have a finical lose of $545 and no loc's. I would NOT recommend anyone for his loc installation services. Not just due to the poor install. For his lack of resolving this issue in a professional way. It not only speaks a lot to his business practice , it speaks loud of his character. My experience with JOSHUA FALLIN for loc installation was the worst and most costly in my entire life. I would NOT recommend going to Eastern Loc and Shears to receive loc installation by Joshua Fallin. Show more
