Made an appt & realized a few days later that a deposit of $30 was to be sent through Zelle. I contacted the owner, at the # provided, and left a mes...sage asking if I could pay the deposit in a different format as I don't have Zelle. I explained that if not I was willing to drop off cash for the deposit but I never received a response back. I assumed my daughter was no longer scheduled so I just scheduled her with someone else before their books closed. Show more

Hey sorry for the late response , I did tell you I need a deposit to keep your appointment but you stated "Booksy didn’t ask you to make a deposit” . I told you I don’t go by if boosky requested one or not you still needed to make the deposit to hold your spot. You never told me anything about dropping no deposit off & that’s not how I run my business I keep track of every payment being made to me for taxe requirements. I’m sorry but my rules are my rules thanks again hopefully you got a chance to book with someone else.
