I went to Hair By Mary based on a recommendation from a friend who stated that Hair by Mary was the only person she trusted to cut her hair. I was rea...lly excited to get my hair cut by Mary because of the trustworthy recommendation. Unfortunately, when I got there I sat in the chair for 23 minutes without any communication from Mary or her team that she had to finish up another client's hair. I am very understanding of this and would have stayed to get my hair cut if someone had taken the time to talk to me. Kindness and respect go a long way. Show more
