I stumbled upon Peaceful Warrior this year while searching for a new gym, and it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. It has all the machines/equipme...nt I know & love, it’s never too crowded, and everyone’s super friendly — it feels like I’m part of a rad, tight-knit community! Then I started training with Josh, and he brought it all next-level. He pushes me well out of my comfort zone, but always ensures I maintain perfect form so I don’t get injured. And he switches things up just enough every time so I never “plateau” or get bored like I did before working with him. It’s been a month now, and I already feel stronger and more toned — and I’m still sore after every workout! I highly, highly recommend training with Josh and joining the Peaceful Warrior community if you care about your health, wellness, and fitness. Show more
