Small Micro Wash and Condition Braiding Hair

Edited to add: hair has not been braided a full week and braids are sliding. Hair was short but if my hair couldn’t be gripped to hold the braid it wo...uld have been best to advise that I should have waited to have hair braided. My review is coming after receiving services. I booked the Micro special for $285 which included hair. When Chantelle started my hair she asked did I want the size for the special? No I wanted micros(small). Also, the special promotion photo did not list a specific size. So this changed the price from$285 to $375. Plus $15 for hair which I was charged for because I didn’t receive special. I checked my hair periodically but as you know you can’t really see what your hair looks like til you can really look through it. I had to pay a higher fee and when I looked through my hair I have braids all different sizes. Yet I had to pay extra to get smaller sized micros. Prior to paying i expressed to Chantelle that her promotion didn’t list a certain size. I also messaged her once I left to be courteous that she had other clients in her shop. I requested a partial refund because my hair has all different sizes and a lot of fly away pieces which I assume is because I have short natural hair. I was simply told by Chantelle to Be Blessed! Also, while in shop getting hair done I listed to Chantelle argue with her son and mom about a car and money being owed which is a convo she should have had privately not with clients present. K was also told I’d have to wait while she did someone else hair or have her daughter finish my hair. I told her I’d wait but she ended up finishing my hair. I read previous bad reviews and wrote them off but should have took heed. Lesson learned I won’t be returning! Be mindful when booking and make sure things are what you’re looking for before booking! You text saying You love Your hair after You left . Just didn't want to pay that much money . Then write this review. 🤔 SMH 🤦🏽‍♀️And You have the nervessssss to try and do a crazy review. You changed Your style size. When I told You the size in the picture and showed You the pattern. You still wanted the small. Knowing the price change . I let You look at Your hair each section with a mirror and gave You a 15 break. Ask You multiple times if You like It. You should of left it at that size that was in the photo. If You couldn't afford it . You wanted small. So You had to pay the price of the small. You Put me wayyyyy behind scheduled. Me saying what my son owes me is not arguing . It's me getting on my child. No argument. Just a stern discipline voice. The blood of Jesus. Mam, take care and Be Blessed. All I’m going to say. You left with all this chaos. SMH. You asked for a full refund request . I can post it. Not partial refund. You paid for Your wash and service. Period. SMH. Cause God Know, You Know, like I know and the clients that are here know. Double booked my appointment, and when i got there on time she tried to gas light me about how I had the wrong time and was an hour early. Very messy ...work space and had an attitude. Gave me my deposit money back though so still in search of someone who's advertising as a professional and holding true to that Response: I asked for my deposit back at 4:30. If you would have said, "I apologize, the app is crazy give me a minute" I would have had no problem waiting. I came with my daughter for her appointment and my husband walked to the door. The second you saw him you made a messed up face and said, "are we all gonna sit and wait ?" When he was just coming over to give me the rest of the money to pay you. He said he was going to the car. You said you would be done with your clients box braids around 4:45 and only has the 1st 4 done in the back? MY patients wore out. Why would we book at 4, be on time and wait for you for 45 mins after you tried to tell me i was there at the wrong time. After I already rescheduled because you said you had a funeral on Saturday? I paid 165 for knotless braids. I have 27 braids in my head. I took the braids down to where them down. And they stingy. Yes I asked for medium knotle...ss braids. But some of the parts could’ve been two or three. Hair was included yes. But I paid basically for braids up in a bun. I see why I was only in the chair for 1hr 36 min. She played in my head for real lol. They felt heavy once she dipped them and put them in a ponytail bun. Took the hair down and gave Angelica from rug rats doll Cynthia vibes 🤣😂. And now I can take them out. Thanks for nothing. And it’s not fake. These parts different sizes and all. I have a big as head and shiesty ssa braids. But it’s fake reviews but this this her and her studio and me with my big part’s stingy braids. Now is it fake? I paid 20 dollar deposit.
