I booked an appointment 24hrs prior. I booked it for 1030am Wednesday. I showed up to the shop at 1015. Online it says the shop opens at 10am, doors ...were locked and nobody inside, yet, the sign outside on the window said OPEN. I waited til 1045, nobody showed up. I called the number listed on the booksy page and nobody answered. What the hell kind of business operates like that. I've been here 2 times in the past when it was called Supreme cuts and received a decent haircut that shouldn't have been 40$+, now according to booksy its called Barbershop & Beauty, yet, directly to the right of the front door entrance theres a sign that says Supreme Cuts. Not the only one on the list of reviews this has happened to apparently. I strongly recommend people go elsewhere. I highly doubt this establishment will be there much longer as they don't know how to update their business name and operating like this you can't expect the business to flourish. Show more

I had an appointment for 5:15 PM. I showed up at the site and found it to be closed. I waited until 5:30 PM before I left. You'd think that getting ...confirmation of an appointment would mean that someone was actually working at that time. Show more
