Been to multiple barbers in my lifetime and Paola by far cuts my hair the best. well, I tend to be frugal with the cost of haircuts. Her price is well... worth it for the style and care that I receive. The hot towel, straight blade, razor shave was refreshing and excellent. I booked an appointment 24hrs prior. I booked it for 1030am Wednesday. I showed up to the shop at 1015. Online it says the shop opens at 10am, doors ...were locked and nobody inside, yet, the sign outside on the window said OPEN. I waited til 1045, nobody showed up. I called the number listed on the booksy page and nobody answered. What the hell kind of business operates like that. I've been here 2 times in the past when it was called Supreme cuts and received a decent haircut that shouldn't have been 40$+, now according to booksy its called Barbershop & Beauty, yet, directly to the right of the front door entrance theres a sign that says Supreme Cuts. Not the only one on the list of reviews this has happened to apparently. I strongly recommend people go elsewhere. I highly doubt this establishment will be there much longer as they don't know how to update their business name and operating like this you can't expect the business to flourish. Show more
