Root Touch Up With Blow Dry

Not happy at all. Asked to only touch up my roots to match my grown out blond highlights. She put in the color and it started burning my scalp. When I... asked if that was normal she said yes. It burned for 45 minutes. Then she put other product/toner in the rest of my hair, which ended up turning it grey! When I mentioned this she said it depended on the lighting, honestly my hair shouldn't be grey in any lighting. She also said I just need to wash it a few more times at home. After she just did my hair?! On top of that I noticed at home she had spilled product on the back of my clear sweater, which is ruined as well. Would not recommend or go back. Show more

This was my first visit via Groupon. I was pleasantly greeted right away and my appointment was right on time, which elsewhere, I've had to wait. Karo...l didn't do my hair, but the sweet lady who did, took her time and did exactly what I asked for. I am very happy with my haircut! Karol made sure I was happy with my results and made me feel very welcome and even paid me compliments too, which I did not expect. The place is cozy and clean and I will definitely return!
