I have been using Pt Professional Cleaning for a year, thought they did a great job, up until yesterday. They cleaned my house on Tuesday, when I retu...rned yesterday morning, I found black marks on three out of four walls. Looks like someone dragged a vacuum cleaner against the walls. Reaching out immediately to Célia, sending a video, she denied any responsibility. Said she asked her employees, saying the black marks were there when they got there. This is a guest room, no one had been in the room for a couple of weeks. I had stripped the beds and replaced the sheets the morning of the cleaning, there were no marks. I will no longer use her service and definitely would not recommend this company. Show more
