I had such a beautiful experience with Lala! She was so gentle with my hair, it didn’t even feel like someone was parting or touching it. I have 4c ha...ir and (I’m a Tenderheaded girly) I loved that she took her time and wasn’t rough at all. She made me feel completely comfortable and even listened to me yap while she worked! The wash felt amazing, and she gave me clear instructions on aftercare so I knew exactly what to do once I got home. My scalp usually gets itchy, but it hasn’t itched once since my appointment, which is a miracle. Lala is so kind, encouraging, and sweet. She helped me choose the perfect loc size and made sure I was happy with everything. I’m so glad I started my loc journey with her, she’s gained a customer for life! Show more
