My review isn’t personal, just based on my experience. Unfortunately, my appointment ended up being canceled. About an hour before my scheduled time, ...the hairstylist texted asking me to come at 2 PM because she still had another client in her chair. At that point, I was already arriving and looking for parking after traveling from SVF to her location. That situation wasn’t my responsibility, so I won’t be booking again.

You basically told me if I wasn't done w the client that I was doing within 30 mins you where going to cancel. I was not going to be done in 30 mins I finished at 12:40, which is past 12p so you was going to cancel anyways but I do apologize for the inconvenience stay beautiful 💙
