After inspection of my locs, there was serious damage, unbeknownst to me in the shaft of some locs. I asked Brittany to cut them off. I love my new style. She was nice but I was not satisfied with the services at all. I booked medium knotless but instead got a bulky large knot braid all around my head, m...y parts weren’t straight at all, caked up gel in my hair, the ends of my hair are not finished and the ends are sticking up. I don’t recommend getting knotless braids from here at all. I paid $156 for this and can’t get a refund. Don’t book this style. My aunt tried to call and resolve the problem and she was rude and hung up strongly don’t recommend to get any type of braids from here!!!! TERRIBLE Show more
