1st and foremost both deposits were refunded as of today, despite the clear contract YOU signed stating that after 15 minutes without communication the deposit is lost. a blast email & text message has been sent updating my recent location change WEEKS ago. My phone number is also posted on my booking site in big font along with my updated address of work, I was under the impression that the first appointment was a no call no show because of poor communication, I can’t see instagram messages from someone who doesn’t follow me, that’s what my business number is for, which is also attached to every confirmation email sent out along with my current location after booking, I apologize That you cannot take the time to read the multiple emails sent and check the app you’re giving your money to. Showing up not once but twice to a location with an eviction notice posted on the door and still not reaching out is beyond me. However tarnishing my business name when I have over 100 5 star reviews is unnecessary, I haven’t received one call or text message from you the past two days, I find it interesting how you've been to me before, experienced stellar professionalism and punctuality yet didn't leave me a positive review, but this time around you have no issue leaving such a review, however I still sincerely appreciate your consideration & previous business, have a blessed day.
