I came to get a lash refill and had a horrible experience. This lash tech took over 2 1/2 hours to complete my refill and within 12 hours AT LEAST 75%... of my lashes were gone. I asked for a refund and it was refused by the lash tech as well as the the owner Wendy. I was accused of lying about the work that was done and i provided proof that it was indeed the techs work. It was very unprofessional and i will not be returning . Show more

Cintora takes the time needed, the expertise & great attention to natural lash health completing each lash service while using top of the line products. As a licensed, highly trained aesthetician with multiple certifications she ensures clients leave with a professionally customized full set or fill. Proper aftercare is reviewed with each client but it’s completely out of our control beyond that point. KaShea arrived late to her 3wk appt with only 7 extensions remaining. Cintora was aware that KaShea was going on vacation & therefore was kind enough to take the extra time needed for a full set at a reduced fill price. Clients arriving with so few extensions are extremely rare & KaShea’s regular lash artist reported she’d discussed her going to 2wk fills as she’s continually had retention issues; which we have pics in her client file to depict. KaShea is aware of our “no refunds” policy as it’s impossible to make an online appt otherwise. However, we’re more than happy to offer solutions & work to rectify any situation absolutely FREE of charge as soon as possible. KaShea was offered FREE services the morning she contacted Cintora & myself but she adamantly refused each time. We currently have a lengthy wait list, ranging from a few weeks/months to well over a year. Our wait list speaks for itself as to our current client’s satisfaction & desirability for future clients.
