Well the guy is good doing his job, but unfortunate unethical person, i had been a customer for months, i got the membership for a month, after that ... when i make the next appointment he said he was sick[he cancel appointment], ok fine, next week after that, i make again other appointment and at 110 am he text me that he was on vacation in las vegas so he cancel again, if he is not available why the app shows him available for to schedule those days it doeant has sense, when i see that he cancel i can not believed , beceuse when you are not available you dont open space for any appointment that all, i told him about that and after that he suspended/blocked me for to make any furner appointments by this app in the next 3 months so basically he block me, it doesnt was very nice this, i was i customer regular more than 7 months been visiting the place every week or every 2 weeks, so I am disappointed for the service received... don't offer monthly membership if you goint to be canceling appointments Show more
