Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. This was my first appt with Terry after my locitian moved away, and my hair looks better than ever.... She took her time; she was gentle, and very personable. (Side note: her voice is like melted butter which makes the experience all the more enjoyable.) I had a concern about a product, and she said to call or that she would follow up with me to see how things panned out. Great customer service!
