I apologize, and it's unfortunate that my time is not considered here. To begin, I asked if you had flexibility & could be moved back to a different slot because my elderly client does not use a booking site so I was double booked. You informed me that your daughter was at a doctors appointment & had to have a surgery. She needed to leave town prior to her original appointment to get the surgery which would cause her to miss it. Never did I cancel! We rescheduled to better fit both of our schedules. Upon starting, I was uniformed of how long the install had been up, which made the takedown process longer. & I was also uniformed about having to wash and reinstall the same hair. As many times as we communicated prior to the appointment none of this was mentioned. I also had to move my clients appointment after her to actually a hour and 45 minutes later than her original time to ensure your daughter’s hair was phenomenal. The install I took down was not done properly and it did not look professionally done. I only asked if she worked in a salon, never mentioned anything about a living room. Also based off the lack of knowledge your daughter had about sew ins because it was her first one I asked was the hair human before I washed it and etc. none of my comments were condescending and for every concern I had I provided her with information of the proper way to do things. Also, she is 19. I should be able to ask her questions about her hair. Again, my apologies be blessed.
